Have an early morning dining reservation at a Disney Park or Resort?
Wondering if you will still be able to utilize the Disney Transportation System during early hours?
Theme Park Transportation
Disney’s complimentary Resort transportation between your Disney Resort to a Walt Disney Theme Park generally operates from one hour before a Theme Park’s opening time until one hour after a Theme Park’s closing time. This will allow you some time to get to and from the Theme Parks as needed for your dining reservations even before Park Opening. (With Dining Reservations and Valid Theme Park Admission if Entering the Parks)
Please remember that Theme Park hours often vary daily and each park has separate operating hours so transportation for each park can vary per day.
When in doubt, be sure to ask a Cast Member for a Theme Park’s operating schedule or check www.Disneyworld.com, search by park for each day’s Park operating hours to better help you estimate when you need to catch your bus in the morning.
For transportation between Resorts and The Downtown Disney Area buses generally operate until 2:00AM.
Buses do not run from Resort to Resort so you will need to catch a bus from your Resort to Downtown Disney, the Transportation and Ticket Center or one of the Theme Parks and then take a bus from there to your desired Resort or destination.
For a quicker and more direct route regardless of the hour you can have the front desk send out a Taxi directly to your resort which would cost you about $25.00 for a ride to anywhere on Disney Property.
Please make sure that if by chance that you miss your bus, boat or method of transportation that you immediately report to the front desk of your Walt Disney Resort to have them contact the restaurant rather than lose your reservation.
