From the parks, you can take the monorail or the Resort buses to any of the resorts. Swimming in Resort Pools
Resort pools are for guests of that resort only. You will not be able to swim in any resort pool without being able to prove you are staying at that resort. They do roam the pools and ask to scan the Magic Bands of people, especially during peak seasons.
